PDR Drop-Off Instructions
- You’ll find envelopes & pens inside Drop Box drawer.
- Please fill name and phone # on envelope.
- Be sure to sign work authorization at the bottom.
- Place key or keyfob ONLY inside envelope & seal.
- Place envelope in back of drawer and close.
- Park vehicle as close to our suite as possible.
- If you are a Hail Damage customer, be sure to leave insurance estimate on passenger seat.
- Text “Dropped” and Vehicle Model to (703) 969-6196.
- You will receive a call to schedule pickup when we know a ready time.*
NOTE: Please DO NOT park in front of our neighbor's businesses. Some night drops have parked in front of Booze Plumbing. That makes it difficult for them as all their techs meet there in the morning.
